I've purchased, renovated and sold properties in the UK and abroad. Over the years I have relocated multiple times for career and lifestyle opportunities.

My journey has led me to realising a dream of living by the sea with my young family. After making the move from City to Country to Coast several years ago, I understand why others want to live or own property on the South Coast of England - It's stunning!

There is one other place though, that I spend a considerable amount of my time and that holds a special place in my heart - My second home, Andalusia in Spain. I have been visiting for over 20 years, and have owned properties in Spain for around 10 years.

I'm inspired by people, places, and property. It's what I’m truly passionate about.

I now offer my personal and professional experience to help others find homes in Andalusia Spain and on the Dorset Coast in England.

Hello, I'm Jenna Swanston, CEO and Founder of That's the House Ltd.

My professional background in housing quality, regeneration projects and real estate client relations spans over 15 years.

I've had many jobs but there were some that really shaped my experience and passion for property. It began in one of my first roles on a social housing regeneration project, that transformed run down properties and community spaces to provide a better standard of living for residents.

Later, my career progressed onto management roles in quality and client relations in public and private sector housing, including working for a 4 star house builder and a stint managing overseas clients and serviced accommodation in the form of luxury European villas. (Every experience has been an education.)
